SBLi owners purchasing the SBLi Maintenance Agreement will be entitled to a range of goods and services when purchasing the package.

The annual maintenance agreement means that all users would have newest versions at no extra cost as soon as they were released plus other maintenance benefits. SBLi maintenance will significantly enhance our level of support and maintenance to those actively building scenarios and/or involved in complex scenario development projects.

The SBLi maintenance option entitles you to all future software updates, such as version releases and point upgrades, at no extra charge other than the maintenance agreement.

If you purchase the maintenance package we will respond to your email or telephone support enquiry generally within one business day. In many cases our response will be immediate. However, given the many differences in time zones, this cannot always be the case as we do not operate a 24 hour help desk. The maintenance agreement is renewable annually.
