We have developed our first scenario using SBLi and are very happy with the outcome. We now want to send to students who don’t have internet access the scenario on CD.

We used SBLi to create a number of interactive scenarios for our web site. The scenarios have been useful educative tools and points for discussion within the legal profession. SBLi people understood what we wanted and worked with us professionally to put our script into reality, creating a bridge between the idea and the technology.

I'm happy to say the response from students was universally positive. They all found the tool easy to use and helpful. One student said that the last time she tried this subject she gave up at this point after trying for 10 hours to get her brain around problem definition, but this tool made it crystal clear for her!. The students all appear to have navigated around the tool in different ways but they all had no trouble getting where they needed to go in the end. They singled out the questions that popped up along the way as particularly useful.

I had been a bit concerned that we hadn't given them enough prompts to go to the highlighted items in the photos but they said they had no problems with that and that the design worked well for them (unlike some of my colleagues who had trouble finding the green folder on Pat's desk). They appear to have just played with the picture, clicking on anything that looked likely to see if it linked to anything. This is particularly pleasing to me as I am concerned to stimulate them to explore rather than follow a recipe. I asked for any negative comments but got none. When asked if they would like more of such tools they all enthusiastically agreed. So we couldn't have done any better than that, eh? I'm very pleased.

Using SBLi is very straight forward and logical. And I appreciate being able  to concentrate on developing the learning experience.

The learning concept of SBLi suits our audience as it allows the learning experience to be delivered at various levels within the one scenario.
